1 Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following expressions carry the meanings set out below unless the context expressly requires otherwise:

• "spk48", "we", "us", "our" refers to the spk48 platform and its operators, accessible at spk48.io.
• "Player", "you", "your" refers to any individual who accesses, registers with, or uses any part of the spk48 platform.
• "Account" means the individual player account opened on the spk48 platform upon completion of the registration process.
• "Platform" means the spk48 website, mobile browser interface, games lobby, betting markets, and all associated services available at spk48.io.
• "Balance" means the real-money funds held within a player's spk48 Account, denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT).
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free spins, or matched deposit amounts credited to an account under a promotional offer, distinct from real-money Balance.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times a bonus amount must be staked on eligible games before it or any associated winnings become withdrawable as real money.
• "Prohibited Jurisdiction" means any country or territory in which access to or use of the spk48 Platform is restricted or prohibited by applicable law.
• "BST" means Bangladesh Standard Time (UTC+6), the reference time zone for all time-sensitive provisions of these Terms.

2 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the spk48 Platform, completing the registration process, making a deposit, or placing any wager, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety, together with the spk48 Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which are incorporated herein by reference.

If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the spk48 Platform and, if applicable, close your Account by contacting support at [email protected].

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and spk48 with respect to your use of the Platform and supersede all prior representations, communications, and agreements, whether oral or written, relating to the same subject matter.

3 Eligibility

Access to and use of the spk48 Platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements, all of which must be satisfied continuously throughout your use of the Platform:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. spk48 operates a strict 21+ policy and conducts age verification at registration and at first withdrawal. Any account found to belong to a person under the age of 21 will be suspended immediately and the balance held pending full identity verification.
• You must be a natural person acting on your own behalf and not as an agent or nominee for any third party.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws of your jurisdiction.
• You must not be a resident of, or accessing the Platform from, a Prohibited Jurisdiction. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether online gaming is lawful in your jurisdiction before using the Platform.
• You must not be an employee, director, officer, contractor, or close family member of an employee or contractor of spk48 or any of its affiliated game or payment service providers.
• You must not be subject to a self-exclusion order, cooling-off period, or account restriction placed by spk48 under its Responsible Gaming policy.

spk48 reserves the right to request documentary evidence of eligibility at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in Account suspension or closure.

4 Account Registration

To access real-money games and betting markets on spk48, you must complete the registration process and open a verified Account. The following conditions apply to all Account registrations:

• One account per person: Each individual may hold only one active spk48 Account at any time. Opening duplicate accounts — whether using a different name, mobile number, email address, device, or IP address — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in the closure of all related accounts, forfeiture of all associated balances, and potential permanent ban from the Platform.
• Accurate information: You must provide truthful, accurate, and complete information during registration and must update your account details promptly if any information changes. spk48 accepts no liability for losses arising from inaccurate account information provided by the player.
• Security of credentials: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. spk48 will treat all activity conducted through your Account as having been authorised by you unless you have notified us of a security breach at [email protected].
• Identity verification (KYC): spk48 operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) process. You may be required to submit a copy of a government-issued photo ID (e.g., National ID card, passport), proof of address (e.g., utility bill, bank statement dated within 90 days), and proof of payment method before withdrawals are processed. spk48 reserves the right to suspend withdrawals pending successful KYC completion.
• Account currency: All spk48 accounts are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). No currency conversion is applied to deposits or withdrawals made in BDT.

5 Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the spk48 Platform are subject to the following conditions:

Deposits: The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. spk48 accepts deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, Mastercard, Dutch-Bangla Bank, and BRAC Bank. Deposit processing times vary by method but are typically near-instant for mobile financial service (MFS) channels. spk48 does not charge a fee for standard deposits; however, your payment provider may apply its own transaction charges, for which spk48 accepts no responsibility.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are processed subject to account verification and compliance review. spk48 aims to process approved withdrawals to MFS accounts (bKash, Nagad, Rocket) within one to four hours during standard Bangladesh Standard Time business hours. Bank transfer withdrawals may take one to three business days. spk48 reserves the right to apply additional review periods where fraud or money laundering concerns are identified.

Withdrawal method matching: Where reasonably practicable, withdrawals will be returned to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit. This is a standard anti-money-laundering (AML) control and is not discretionary.

Withdrawal limits: Minimum withdrawal amounts and any applicable daily or monthly withdrawal limits will be communicated within the player's Account dashboard. spk48 may adjust these limits at any time in accordance with its AML and fraud prevention obligations.

• spk48 does not accept deposits from third parties. All funds deposited must originate from a payment method registered in your own name.
• Deposits made in error or credited to the wrong account due to player error cannot be guaranteed to be recoverable. Contact support immediately at [email protected] if you believe a deposit error has occurred.
• Any attempt to initiate a chargeback, reversal, or dispute of a legitimate deposit transaction constitutes a material breach of these Terms. spk48 reserves the right to close the Account, recover any outstanding balance, and pursue recovery of chargebacked funds through all available legal means.

6 Bonuses & Promotions

spk48 offers promotional bonuses, free spins, and other incentives to eligible players from time to time. All promotions are governed by the following general conditions, in addition to any specific terms communicated at the time of the offer:

• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements. The applicable wagering requirement will be clearly stated in the promotional offer details. Bonus Funds and any winnings derived from Bonus Funds may not be withdrawn until wagering requirements are satisfied in full.
• Bonuses are available to one account per person, per household, per IP address, and per device. Attempts to claim the same bonus across multiple accounts will result in forfeiture of the bonus across all accounts and may result in account closure.
• spk48 reserves the right to withdraw, amend, or cancel any promotional offer at any time without prior notice, provided that any withdrawal does not affect the existing wagering progress of a bonus already accepted and in active use by a player.
• Bonuses must be used within the validity period stated in the offer. Expired bonuses will be removed from the account balance automatically without compensation.
• Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Specific game contribution percentages will be stated in individual promotion terms. Live casino games, table games, and certain slots categories may have reduced contribution rates.
• spk48 reserves the right to void winnings and remove bonuses where it determines, in its reasonable discretion, that a player has attempted to exploit promotional terms, employed a betting strategy designed to circumvent wagering requirements, or engaged in any form of bonus abuse.

7 Game Rules & Fair Play

All games available on the spk48 Platform are provided by third-party certified game providers including, but not limited to, Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi. Each game operates according to its own published rules and paytable. Players are responsible for familiarising themselves with the rules of any game before placing a wager.

All slot games and random-outcome games use independently certified random number generators (RNGs). Live dealer games are operated by the respective provider's studio staff in accordance with professional casino dealing procedures. spk48 does not control, modify, or influence the outcome of any game provided by a third-party provider.

• Return-to-player (RTP) percentages for slot games are published by the respective game provider and are available within the individual game information panels. spk48 does not guarantee any specific outcome or rate of return to any individual player.

8 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the spk48 Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balance, and referral to law enforcement authorities where appropriate:

• Opening or operating multiple accounts for any purpose, including to claim multiple bonuses or circumvent account restrictions.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, scrapers, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the Platform, place bets, or exploit promotional offers.
• Engaging in collusion with other players to manipulate game outcomes, particularly in live dealer or multi-player game formats.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or loopholes in any game or platform system. Any winnings generated by exploiting a known or suspected software error are void and will be removed from the account balance.
• Using the Platform to facilitate money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other financial crime. spk48 operates a full AML compliance programme and will report suspicious activity to relevant authorities without prior notice to the account holder.
• Initiating fraudulent chargebacks or payment disputes against legitimate deposit transactions.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent identification or verification documents.
• Accessing the Platform from a Prohibited Jurisdiction using a VPN, proxy, or other means of location obfuscation.
• Engaging in any form of arbitrage betting, matched betting using spk48 funds, or systematic exploitation of free bet or enhanced-odds promotions in a manner inconsistent with normal recreational play.

9 Intellectual Property

All content on the spk48 Platform — including but not limited to the website design, layout, graphics, logos, text, game interfaces, software code, and promotional materials — is the intellectual property of spk48 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publish any Platform content without express written consent from spk48.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to derive the source code of any software forming part of the Platform.
• Use spk48 trademarks, brand names, or logos in any manner without prior written authorisation.
• Frame, mirror, or scrape any part of the Platform on another website or digital service.

All rights not expressly granted in these Terms are reserved by spk48 and its licensors.

10 Privacy & Data

spk48 collects, processes, stores, and uses your personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is available at spk48.io/privacy-policy. By creating an Account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

spk48 collects personal data including your name, date of birth, contact details, payment information, device identifiers, and gameplay activity data for the purposes of account management, KYC compliance, fraud prevention, AML obligations, and service improvement. Your data will not be sold to third-party marketers.

spk48 may share your data with game providers, payment processors, identity verification services, and regulatory or law enforcement bodies where required by law or in connection with fraud investigations. 11 Limitation of Liability

• Any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or other indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform.
• Losses arising from temporary or permanent Platform unavailability due to maintenance, technical failure, third-party service outages, or force majeure events including natural disasters, acts of government, industrial action, or civil unrest.
• Losses arising from unauthorised access to your Account where such access resulted from your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials.
• The actions or omissions of third-party game providers, payment processors, or telecommunications providers that form part of the delivery of the Platform.
• Any inaccuracy in odds, game outcomes, or payout calculations resulting from a technical malfunction, provided that spk48 takes reasonable steps to identify and correct such errors promptly upon discovery.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits spk48's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death or personal injury caused by its own negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

12 Account Suspension & Closure

Closure by the player: You may request closure of your spk48 Account at any time by contacting support at [email protected]. Any real-money balance remaining in your account at the time of closure will be refunded to your verified payment method, subject to standard KYC and AML checks. Bonus Funds that have not met wagering requirements will be forfeited upon closure.

Suspension or closure by spk48: spk48 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at its discretion, with or without prior notice, where:

• The player is found to have breached any provision of these Terms.
• spk48 has reasonable grounds to suspect fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activity connected to the Account.
• The player is found to be ineligible under Section 3 of these Terms (e.g., under 21, duplicate account, Prohibited Jurisdiction).
• spk48 is required to do so by applicable law, regulatory instruction, or a court order.
• The Account has been inactive (no login or financial activity) for a continuous period of 12 months or more.

Where an Account is closed by spk48 due to a player's breach of these Terms, spk48 may withhold some or all of the Account balance pending the outcome of any investigation. If the investigation confirms the breach, the balance may be forfeited in whole or in part.

13 Responsible Gaming

spk48 is committed to promoting responsible gaming across its entire player base in Bangladesh. The Platform provides the following player-controlled tools accessible from within the Account dashboard:

• Deposit limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on the total amount that may be deposited into your Account.
• Loss limits: Set a maximum allowable loss amount over a defined period after which further play is restricted until the limit period resets.
• Session time reminders: Configure automatic notifications when you have been actively playing for a set duration.
• Cooling-off period: Temporarily suspend your Account for a period of your choosing (minimum 24 hours, maximum 6 weeks).

15 Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the jurisdiction in which spk48 is registered and operating. spk48 operates as an entertainment platform and makes no representation regarding the legality of online gaming in any specific jurisdiction in which players may be located.

It is the player's sole responsibility to determine whether accessing and using the spk48 Platform is lawful in their jurisdiction before registering or placing any wager. spk48 accepts no liability for any legal consequences arising from a player's use of the Platform in a jurisdiction in which such use is restricted or prohibited.

Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved informally through the spk48 support team shall be referred to binding arbitration. The language of arbitration shall be English. The arbitrator's decision shall be final and binding on both parties.
